Distilled at the Dalmore distillery in the Highlands, this limited edition release is finished in 5 varieties of wine casks. This expression goes through its first period of maturation in American white oak ex-boubon barrels, the spirit is then separated and transferred into five wine cask types including Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Following a finishing period of 5 years the spirits are married together and bottled at a strength of 45% abv. Back to top
