Springbank 8 Year Old - Virtual Tasting 2021 Description
Distilled at Springbank distillery which is a family owned distillery on the Kintyre Peninsula in western Scotland. The annual Campbeltown Whisky Festival couldn't take place like normal due to Covid19, so, they did a Virtual Tasting Week in May 2021 and this was one of the tasting releases. This expression was matured initially for six years in refill bourbon casks followed by two years in fresh Pedro Ximenez sherry casks before being bottled at a strength of 56.5% abv. Back to top
