Distilled on the Isle of Islay by Caol Isla distillery this whisky has been bottled by Glasgow based independent bottler North Star. This expression was distilled in September 2009 before being put down to mature in a first fill oloroso sherry butt for 11 years. One of a limited release of 410 bottles this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 58.2% abv. Back to top
