Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Caol Ila distillery, this whisky was bottled by independent bottler Scotch Malt Whisky Society in celebration of the Feis Ile 2021 festival which once again was cancelled. This expression was distilled in 2010 and was laid down to mature in a first fill shaved, toasted and re-charred barrique for at least 10 years. One of just 257 bottles produced, this expression has been given the name "Salt n' Sauce". Back to top
