Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Bowmore distillery, this expression was bottled by independent bottler Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Distilled in 2004, it was then laid down in an ex-bourbon barrel before being transferred to a refill ex-rum barrel for a total maturation time of 17 years. One of just 189 bottles produced, this expression has been given the name "Pirates From the Hebridean ". Back to top
