This limited edition single malt from Eden Mill in St Andrews, this release was created to celebrate Hogmanay 2020 and to toast in the year 2021. Distilled from a wort of pale, brown, crystal and chocolate malted barley this expression was matured in a combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and bourbon casks. A limited release of 200 bottles, this whisky has been bottled at a natural cask strength of 60.6% abv. Back to top
