Distilled in the Highlands at Glenglassaugh distillery, this is the first new "whisky" release from the distiller following the distillery's resurrection in 2008. This expression was distilled in 2008 and has spent three years maturing in oak casks, initially in a refill butt and later finishing in first fill Pedro Ximenez and and Palo Cortado sherry hogsheads before being returned to the original butt for final three months. One of a limited release of 650 bottles, this spirit comes with a certificate of authenticity and has been bottled at a strength of 59.1% abv. Back to top
