Distilled at the Dalmore distillery in Alness, this expression has been created to compliment fine cigars - or able to be enjoyed on its own. It has been matured for an undisclosed length of time in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon casks, 30 year old Matusalem sherry casks and premier cru cabernet sauvignon wine barriques before being bottled at a strength of 44% abv.
