Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Bruichladdich distillery, Port Charlotte is the name of the heavily peated whisky produced by the distillery. This release has been bottled by independent bottlers Dramfool as part of their Jim McEwan Signature Collection. This expression was distilled in 2008 and put down to mature in a single first fill bourbon barrel for 12 years. Part of a limited release of 233 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration at a natural cask strength of 58.8% abv. Back to top
