Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this young distillery laid down its first casks on 26th of May 2016. This release has been bottled specially for wine and spirit merchants Nickolls & Perks for the 2021 Midlands Whisky Festival and celebrates their 10th anniversary. This expression was put down to mature in a single ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at a strength of 58.7% abv. Back to top
