Distilled at one of the youngest distilleries in Japan, this expression is the 2021 release of the Paris edition which was created to celebrate great cities in the world. It has been created from a marriage of eight casks from 2013 and 2014 which have been matured in a combination of peated first fill bourbon, virgin oak, port pipe, red wine & Chibidaru quarter cask. There were just 1,847 bottles produced at a strength of 53.5% abv. as a La Maison du Whisky exclusive. Back to top
