Bruichladdich 2001 The Resurrection Dram Description
Distilled at the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay, this release marked a new era for the distillery and was the first expression distilled by Jim McEwan. Lightly peated to just 10ppm, this is a style of Bruichladdich which hasn't been repeated since. This expression was distilled in 2001 and laid down to mature in bourbon casks for an undisclosed length of time. There were just 24,000 bottles produced at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
