Distilled by the worlds oldest licenced distiller Bushmills this limited edition whiskey celebrates the Irish coastline, in particular the Giants Causeway which sits a "stones throw" from the distillery. This expression has been matured in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels for over 7 years before being transferred for finishing to Sauternes wine casks for a further 2 years. Part of a limited release, this whiskey was released as a 2021 Ireland exclusive and has been bottled free from chill filtration at a natural cask strength of 56.3% abv. Back to top
