Jack Daniel's Gold Medal 1915 Description
Tennessee was well under Prohibition by 1915 and it was becoming increasingly obvious it would eventually spread to the whole country. Despite what looked like a dim future, Lem Motlow (Mr. Jack’s nephew) still believed in the whiskey and the Distillery he had inherited from his uncle. In a whiskey competition held in London that year, Jack Daniel’s once again won top honors. The fifth Gold Medal won by Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is commemorated by this 750ml bottle, released in 2002. Back to top
