Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This expression has been laid down to mature in ex-bourbon oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled as batch number three in later summer 2021 with there being just 5,000 bottles produced free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
