Distilled at Fife's Daftmill distillery in 2007, it is a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, it is a distillery which produces whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This particular release was bottled for the members of the Facebook group, Daftmill Unofficial Fans Group with its purpose to reward people who have supported the distillery since the beginning. This expression has been created using a combination of five different bourbon barrels and bottled in 2021 at a cask strength of 59.5% abv. Back to top
