This summer release was distilled in 2008 at Fife's Daftmill, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, producing whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This expression is the winter batch release and was released exclusively in Europe. It has been created using a combination of seven first fill ex-bourbon barrels which have been laid down to mature for over a decade before there was just 1,690 bottles produced at a strength of 46% abv. This expression was bottled in 2020 but was due to be part of the winter 2019 Daftmill releases. Back to top
