Released in 2013, this limited edition Highland single malt was awarded Best Whisky in the World by Jim Murray's in his Whisky Bible 2014. Distilled in 1993, this fourth release in the Private Edition series was matured for a full 19 years in heavily toasted virgin oak casks. These were crafted to the distillery's exacting standards in the Mark Twain National Forest, Missouri, inspiring the expression's name, which translates from Scots Gaelic as 'skilled and ingenious'.
