Distilled at the Michter's distillery which is located in Louisville, Kentucky. Being America's oldest whisky variety, the distillery takes production of rye very seriously and use select American rye grain which is shredded meaning they get the maximum extraction of flavour from the grain. Each release of this small batch rye has been matured for at least a decade whisky and comes from a single charred oak barrel which reflects the commitment to offering the highest quality of liquid.
