King of Trees 10 Year Old Whisky Works Description
A blended malt release from Glasgow based blenders and bottlers, Whisky Works. This expression blends together Highland malts that have been matured for at least 10 years in a combination of first fill bourbon barrels and refill American white oak casks. A portion of this liquid is then finished in a native Scottish oak cask, crafted from 200 year old oak trees which were wind-felled on a Highland estate. Part of a limited release of 2,157 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 46.5% abv. Back to top
