Teeling Ginger Beer Cask Description
Distilled in Dublin by Irish distillers Teeling this whiskey is a small batch collaboration with London based drinks company The Umbrella Project. Umbrella having aged their ginger beer in Teeling ex-bourbon barrels for two years have returned them to Teeling where they have been used to rest the spirit for 6 months prior to bottling. Bottled at a strength of 46% abv. this whiskey is free from chill filtration and is one a limited release of 700 bottles.
