Released as a distillery hand filled exclusive, this single cask from Bunnahabhain in the North of Islay has been matured for an undisclosed length of time in warehouse 9 having then been finished in Pedro Ximenez Noe casks. Noe is sherry which is 30 years old and is produced purely from PX grapes which are laid out on mats to dry in the sun. Free from chill filtration and artificial colouring, it has been bottled at 52% abv.
