Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This lot includes batches 2, 3 and 4 of the Oloroso cask matured release. Each of these releases have been laid down to mature in ex-bourbon oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being finished in Oloroso sherry butts. Back to top
