Distilled at one of the youngest distilleries in Japan which was founded by Ichiro Akuto, Chichibu has been operational since 2008 being the first new distillery in Japan since 1973. This is the 2021 release of the Shokugen Tanbou S series. It has been matured for an undisclosed length of time in oak casks before being bottled at a strength of 63% abv. Back to top
