Distilled at the Glendronach distillery in the Highlands, this release has been bottled by independent bottler, Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Distilled in 2006, it has been matured for just over a decade in a second fill ex-bourbon barrel. There were just 198 bottles produced with this expression being called "The merchant of Alsace".
