Glenturret 2001 20 Year Old SMWS 16.58 Description
Distilled at the Glenturret distillery in the Highlands, this release was bottled by independent bottler, Scotch Malt Whisky Society as part of a duo of bottles. Distilled in 2001, it was initially laid down to mature in a port pipe for 18 years. The cask was then split into two with this expression being laid down into a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead. One of just 328 bottles produced, this expression has been given the name "Hair-Tingling Revelation". Back to top
