Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This release was bottled exclusively for the Southport Winter Whisky Festival 2022 which took place on the 11th & 12th February 2022. It has been laid down to mature for an undisclosed length of time, and was finished in Oloroso casks before being bottled in February 2022 with there being just 142 individually numbered bottles produced.
