Bimber Single Casks x3

Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this young distillery laid down its first casks on 26th of May 2016. This lot includes three single cask releases from the distillery. They have been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at strengths of 57.9-58.1% abv.

Expression in this lot are -

Single cask #91 which has been laid down to mature in a single American virgin oak cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 258 bottles produced.

Single cask #144 which has been laid down to mature in a single re-charred oak cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 303 bottles produced.

Single cask #41 which has been laid down to mature in a single ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time before there were just 335 bottles produced.
