Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the third release of four bottles in The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years. This particular release celebrates Notting Hill Gate station and it has been laid down to mature in a Moscatel sherry cask for an undisclosed length of time. Limited to just 342 bottles, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
