White Heather 15 Year Old Description
Produced by Billy Walker at the Glenallachie distillery, this particular 15 year old release of White Heather has been created using a high malt content which include single malts from Speyside, Islay and the Highlands, along with some specially selected grain whiskies. Once the whiskies have been married together, they have been laid down for a second maturation in a combination ex- Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, and American virgin oak casks. The whisky is then bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
