Distilled in Bristol this is the inaugural release from the Circumstance Distillery. This single grain has been produced using malted and unmalted barley, which have been fermented for 14 days using French Saison yeast. It was then matured in ex-bourbon casks for just over 3 years before being bottled at a strength of 44.5% abv. Back to top
