White Peak Wire Works Over Smoke Description
Distilled at the White Peaks distillery which was opened by husband & wife team Max and Claire back in 2016, this is their second Wire Works release. This lightly peated expression was put down to mature in shaved, toasted, and re-charred that have gone through a further process of being re-charred over smoke. Part of a limited release of 987 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 53.1% abv. Back to top
