Hatozaki 12 Year Old Umeshu Finish Description
A small batch pure malt release from Kaikyo distillery, Hatozaki takes its name from a nearby lighthouse. This 12 year old expression has been produced using a blend of 100% malt whiskies, these have been initially aged in American oak casks before being transferred for a six month finishing period to Umeshu (a Japanese plum liqueur) casks. The whisky has then been bottled at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
