Distilled at the Middleton distillery in County Cork, Ireland, this single pot still release has crafted using a mashbill of malted and unmalted barley. This expression has been put down to mature in American & European oak casks for between 9-12 years then spends its final year finishing in first fill Oloroso sherry butts. Part of the distillers core range of products, this whiskey has been bottled free from chill filtration at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
