Lagg 2022 Batch #2 Inaugural Release Description
Distilled at the Lagg distillery located at the southern end of Arran, this is the second batch of the distillery's inaugural whisky releases. This heavily peated expression was crafted using Concerto barley peated to 50 ppm and was put down to mature in ex-bourbon barrels for 30 months before being transferred for finishing to Oloroso sherry casks for a final 6 months of maturation. Part of a limited release of 10,000 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 50% abv. Back to top
