Distilled at an undisclosed location, this single malt has been crafted by the team behind the distillery on the Isle of Raasay, made while the distillery on Raasay was being built. This expression blends one peated and one unpeated expression from a single distillery which has been matured in ex-bourbon casks for 5 years before being transferred for finishing to ex-Tuscan red wine casks for a further 18 months. A limited edition release, each bottle comes with its own unique bottle number and has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
