Distilled at the White Peaks distillery, this release was produced in collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery. This expression was laid down to mature initially in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred for finishing to ex-Necessary Evil casks, a stout which has also been matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 8 months. There were just 2,059 bottles produced at a strength of 51.3% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
