Distilled at the Bowmore distillery on Islay, this release was bottled by independent bottlers Cadenhead's as part of their Sherry Cask range. This expression as distilled in 2003 and was put down to mature in oak for 19 years. Initially it was put in an oak cask, before being transferred for finishing to a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask in March 2020. Part of a limited release of 276 bottles, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 50.5% abv. Back to top
