Distilled in Germany's Black Forest, Monkey 47 gin has been produced using 47 different hand picked botanicals. This is the 6th release in their Experimentum series, in which the base Monkey 47 spirit has been infused with honey and a mint sauce which as been produced at the distillery using mint leaves blended with a reduction of vinegar and pearl onions, before being bottled at 47% abv.
