Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this release has been bottled brothers Nick & Alex Ravenhall swimming the channel with a team of 4 to raise funds for Sea Shepherd New Zealand. Each swimmer took a sample of the cask with them on their venture which was blended back into the original cask when they arrived back. This expression was distilled in 2017 and was matured for 4 years, including a finishing period in a madeira cask. There were just 292 bottles produced at a strength of 57.8% abv. Back to top
