Bimber The 1st Peated Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this young distillery laid down its first casks on 26th of May 2016. This expression has been created using a marriage of four heavily peated American oak ex-bourbon casks and takes spirit from their earliest fully peated distillation back in 2019. Peated to a bottle PPM of 14.4, there were just 1,140 bottles produced at a strength of 54.1% abv. Back to top
