Distilled in County Down Northern Ireland by Hinch distillery this bottling is one of five whiskies that form distiller's "The Time Collection". This expression is a triple distilled blended whisky which has been created by a combination of single grain & single malt whiskey from a number of casks from the distillery. This has been matured in oak casks for at least a decade before being put in to ex-Oloroso sherry casks for a minimum of a year before being bottled at 43% abv. Back to top
