Cotswolds Inaugural Release Description
Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery south of Birmingham, this is the inaugural release from first ever whisky made in its entirety in the Cotswolds. It is hand-crafted in small batches using local barley. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, it has been matured for an undisclosed length of time in oak casks before there were 4,000 bottles produced at a strength of 46% abv. free from chill filtration.
