Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This expression was laid down to mature in a single Matusalem Oloroso sherry butt. It was matured for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled in early 2023 with there being just 965 individually numbered bottles produced exclusively for Selfridges. Back to top
