Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this young distillery laid down its first casks on 26th of May 2016. This release has been bottled exclusively for Fortnum & Mason. This expression was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to a single first fill fino sherry butt for a second maturation. Limited to just 857 bottles, it was bottled at a strength of 51% abv. free from chill filtration. Back to top
