This single malt expression from Dalwhinnie distillery has been released in honour of Elizabeth Stewart’s 31 years of service at the distillery, recognising her as one of the first female operators in Scottish malt distilling. Lizzie's Dram was matured entirely in refill bourbon casks which were carefully selected by her colleagues at the distillery.
