Distilled in the Highlands at Glencadam distillery, this release pays homage to the relationship between Glencadam distillery and Jerez, the famous sherry producing region of Spain. This expression was put down to mature in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks for an undisclosed length of time. These spirits are then married together in Oloroso sherry butts for a finishing period before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 46% abv. Back to top
