Shenk's Homestead Small Batch 2021 Release Description
Distilled at the Michter's distillery, Shenk's is the sour mash whiskey that the distillery produces. This expression has been produced with a reasonable amount of rye whiskey and has a high proportion which has been matured in Chinquapin oak casks as well as American oak casks. There were just 1,225 individually numbered bottles produced at a strength of 45.6% abv. Back to top
