The Chain Pier distillery in Edinburgh was owned by Halewood Artisanal Spirits, and was an experimental distillery which was only operational for one year between 2018 and 2019 whilst they were waiting for the larger Bonnington distillery to be completed. This whisky was put down to mature in a shiraz red wine cask for 3 years, before bottling at a strength of 57.8% abv. Back to top
