GlenAllachie 2011 11 Year Old Thompson Bros Description
Distilled in Speyside at Glenallachie distillery, this release was bottled by independent bottlers Thompson Bros. This expression was distilled in 2011 and was put down to mature in a refill Oloroso Hogshead for over ten years, the whisky was then transferred to a Pedro Ximenez hogshead for a further 8 months, for a total maturation of 11 years. Part of a limited release of 306 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 52.9% abv. Back to top
